GLOW Yoga is a guided movement experience designed to support both the body and the nervous system. Each session invites participants to slow down, reconnect with their breath, and move with intention rather than intensity.
Our classes blend gentle flow, mindful stretching, and grounding moments of stillness, creating space to release tension, restore balance, and return to self. No prior yoga experience is required. All bodies and all levels are welcome.
This is not about performance.
