Girls Who GLOW
Confidence. Leadership. Legacy in Motion.
We use sports, mentorship, and movement to build confident, disciplined, and purpose-driven girls.
WHY IT MATTERS
Too many girls grow up without access to safe spaces, mentorship, and opportunities that build confidence, leadership, and direction.
Girls Who GLOW exists to change that.
We are creating an environment where girls feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow into strong, confident, and self-aware young women.
Through consistent exposure, guidance, and community, we are helping girls build the confidence and skills they need to navigate life with purpose.
WHAT WE DO
Girls Who GLOW is a leadership and confidence-building program for girls, in partnership with WIN Now, using sports, mentorship, and movement as the foundation for growth.
Through golf, tennis, flag football, and structured workshops, girls build discipline, self-awareness, confidence, and leadership skills that extend far beyond the game.
Our program combines athletic development with intentional mentorship, covering topics such as self-esteem, emotional wellness, hygiene, communication, and goal setting.
Through our partnership with WIN Now, participants also receive structured sports training, teamwork development, and game experience in a supportive and empowering environment.
We don’t just create athletes, we develop confident, resilient young women prepared for life.
