GLOW Legacy is a development and opportunity program for girls and young women ages 14–24, designed to support them as they navigate education, careers, leadership, wellness, and the transition into adulthood.
Through mentorship, workforce and career development, wellness, athletics, financial literacy, networking, and exposure through travel and new experiences, participants gain the confidence, skills, relationships, resources, and opportunities to build their future and create their legacy.

GLOW Legacy combines personal development with real-world experiences and access to opportunities. Participants build skills, expand their networks, experience new environments, and develop the confidence and connections needed to navigate their next chapter.
Leadership & Life Development — Leadership, communication, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, personal development, wellness, self-care, and essential life skills.
Workforce Development & Career Readiness — Career exploration, résumé development, interviewing, workplace readiness, professional etiquette, job-readiness training, certifications, hands-on work experiences, entrepreneurship, and connections to employment and career opportunities.
Mentorship & Networking — Meaningful connections with mentors, professionals, community leaders, and peers who can help participants expand their networks, knowledge, and opportunities.
Movement & Wellness — Access to sports, fitness, wellness experiences, and activities that encourage confidence, healthy lifestyles, connection, and personal growth.
Access & Exposure — Travel, college and career experiences, cultural activities, professional spaces, community resources, special events, and new environments that expand what participants see as possible.
