Every day, girls are navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, social media pressure, bullying, academic challenges, and questions about who they are and who they want to become.
At GLOW, we believe every girl deserves a safe place where she feels seen, heard, supported, and empowered to become the leader she was created to be.
Through mentorship, leadership development, wellness, sports, and academic support, and travel we’re helping girls build the confidence and skills they need to succeed in school, at home, and in life.
THE GLOW FRAMEWORK
At GLOW (Growing Leading Optimistic Women), we empower girls through mentorship, leadership development, Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), academic support, sports, wellness, and meaningful sisterhood.
Our programs are intentionally designed to help girls grow socially, emotionally, academically, physically, and as leaders while equipping them with the confidence and life skills needed to thrive in school, at home, and in their communities.
The GLOW Framework
At GLOW, we believe every girl deserves more than a mentorship program, she deserves a community that helps her grow with confidence, purpose, and leadership.
Through our signature GLOW Framework, every participant develops socially, emotionally, academically, physically, and as a leader.
Our mentorship experience combines Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), GLOW Scholars, sports, wellness, leadership development, family engagement, and travel and exposure to prepare girls for success in school, their communities, and throughout life.
🌱 GIRLS Who GLOW: ROOTS
Ages 9–13 | Planting the Seeds of Confidence
ROOTS is where girls begin their GLOW journey. Through mentorship, Social-Emotional Learning, sports, wellness, and hands-on experiences, girls build confidence, leadership skills, healthy relationships, and positive habits that prepare them for lifelong success.

👑 GLOW Legacy
High School Girls | Preparing Young Women to Lead
GLOW Legacy prepares young women for life beyond high school through leadership development, college and career readiness, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, public speaking, life skills, and community engagement.
Legacy participants also serve as Big Sisters, mentoring ROOTS participants while strengthening their own leadership, responsibility, and service.

🌍 GLOW Global™
Ages 13+ | From a City View to a World View
GLOW Global™ is GLOW’s travel, cultural exploration, and global exposure initiative designed to expand how young women see themselves and the world around them.
Through domestic and international travel, study abroad opportunities, cultural immersion, college and career exploration, passport assistance, internships, and travel education, participants gain the knowledge, confidence, independence, and cultural awareness needed to navigate opportunities beyond their own communities.
GLOW Global exposes young women to new cultures, foods, languages, lifestyles, educational opportunities, and career possibilities while encouraging them to build meaningful connections with people from different backgrounds.
Our goal is to shift perspectives from a city view to a world view, helping young women recognize that they can study, work, travel, lead, and make an impact anywhere in the world.
