GLOW creates intentional spaces for women to pause, breathe, and return to themselves. In a world that asks us to perform, produce, and pour endlessly, GLOW offers a different rhythm, one rooted in wellness, movement, sport and community.
Through golf and tennis clinics, wellness gatherings, retreats, travel experiences, and community initiatives, we curate environments that feel grounding and beautifully designed. Our experiences support women as they strengthen identity, develop personal presence, and cultivate a deeper sense of who they are becoming.
Every offering is crafted with intention and delivered with excellence, because women deserve spaces that feel safe, refined, and transformative. We believe growth is nurtured in community. When women gather with belonging, authenticity, and purpose, transformation becomes possible, not just for the individual, but for the families and communities connected to them.
Girls Who GLOW extends this mission to the next generation through a mentorship and leadership pathway rooted in movement, exposure, and sisterhood. Through golf and tennis clinics, workshops, travel experiences, and guided mentorship, young women are supported in developing self-awareness, agency, and purpose, empowering them to move through the world with presence and possibility.

II. The Leadership Legacy: GLOW is founder-led and legacy-driven. This work reflects my commitment to leading by example, cultivating leadership rather than inheriting it, and empowering women and girls to lead with confidence, integrity, compassion, and purpose. Our youth are inspired to see themselves as future leaders, both on and off the course, today and for generations to come.

Founder story
GLOW began as a quiet knowing long before it became a name.
Founded by Tyra Brown, GLOW was shaped through lived experience, reflection, and a deep awareness that women often carry more than they are given space to release. Through seasons of growth, challenge, and transformation, Tyra recognized the need for environments where women could pause, reconnect, and rise, without pressure, judgment, or performance.
What began as a vision rooted in encouragement and connection has evolved into a thoughtfully curated ecosystem centered on wellness, movement, sport, and transformative experiences. Each offering is designed with intention, honoring both where women have been and where they are becoming.
GLOW exists as a reminder that every woman’s journey matters, her story holds power, and her next chapter can be written with clarity, confidence, and care.
