Step into a space designed to help you slow down, quiet the noise, and reconnect with a deeper sense of inner peace.
This experience begins with a series of guided journaling prompts, inviting you to reflect on what peace feels like for you, what may be disrupting it, and what you’re ready to release. This intentional start allows you to clear mental clutter and set the tone for the session.
Sample prompts may include:
• What does inner peace feel like in my body?
• What has been weighing on my mind lately?
• What am I ready to let go of in this moment?
From there, you’ll be guided into a sound bath experience, where soothing tones from instruments such as singing bowls and chimes help calm the nervous system, ease mental tension, and bring the body into a more relaxed, grounded state. Simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow the sound to support you.
The session will close with an opportunity for optional reflection, where you can sit with any thoughts, emotions, or clarity that came up during the experience. You may choose to journal, share, or simply rest in the stillness you’ve created.
