GLOW Community Resource Block Party Vendor Registration
Thank you for your interest in participating in the GLOW Community Resource Block Party! This family-friendly community event brings together residents, businesses, nonprofits, service providers, and community leaders for a day focused on wellness, connection, resources, and empowerment.
Our goal is to create a welcoming space where families can access valuable resources, learn about local programs and services, support small businesses, and build meaningful connections within the community.
Business Vendor
$50 Vendor Fee
This vendor option is available for businesses, entrepreneurs, for-profit organizations, and vendors selling products or services.
Business Vendor Benefits:
One designated vendor space
Opportunity to market products and services
Direct engagement with community members and families
Networking opportunities with other vendors and organizations
Recognition as a participating event vendor
Community Resource Partner
FREE
This option is available for nonprofit organizations, schools, healthcare providers, government agencies, community organizations, and service providers offering free resources, programs, or information to attendees.
Community Resource Partner Benefits:
One designated resource table space
Opportunity to share information, programs, and services
Community outreach and engagement opportunities
Recognition as a participating community partner
Vendor Requirements
Please review the following requirements before registering:
This is an outdoor community event.
All vendors and resource partners must provide their own table, chairs, tents (if desired), and display materials.
Access to electricity and Wi-Fi is not guaranteed.
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, breakdown, and cleanup.
Setup instructions and arrival times will be provided before the event.
Vendor fees are non-refundable.
